Argentus is responsible for the current and future energy procurement of BNP Paribas Real Estate. The term of the current energy framework agreements is three years through to 2021. The present agreements with a term from 2016 to 2018 are already based on a cost-optimised procurement concept. By the time these expire the cost saving over the three years will total 3.85 million euros, which corresponds to approx. 40 per cent of the entire procurement volume; in the case of electricity the saving is 2.46 million euros and thus about 42 per cent, with gas it is 1.39 million euros or 39 per cent.
